CHAI DE LA TOUR EIFFEL

CHAI DE LA TOUR EIFFEL 2020 75CL

MERLOT - VIN DE FRANCE
100
A historic cuvée from the 1st Francilien winegrowing estate.
Aware that great winegrowing territories are built on strong symbols, it is an honor for the Bouche du Roi winemakers to have been chosen by the Société d'Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel (SETE) to create "le Chai de la Tour EIffel"

This exceptional cuvée was vinified, pressed in October 2020 and bottled on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower.
Elegant and with great aromatic purity, this 2020 vintage reflects the energy of the Ile-de-France terroir and the timeless audacity of Parisians.

Tasting notes
The first Chai de la Tour Eiffel cuvée is a single-varietal wine made from Merlot. Deep red in color, the nose reveals aromas of fresh fruit and black cherry, crowned by a hint of spice. On the palate, the attack is lively and taut, followed by a racy structure and fine, silky tannins. This balance makes for a fresh, bright wine.

THE 2020 VINTAGE IS AVAILABLE BY RESERVATION ONLY.
