CHAI DE LA TOUR EIFFEL

CHAI DE LA TOUR EIFFEL 2019 75CL

MERLOT - VIN DE FRANCE
A historic cuvée from the 1st Ile-de-France winegrowing estate.
Aware that great wine-growing regions are built on strong symbols, it is an honor for the Bouche du Roi winemakers to have been chosen by the Société d'Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel (SETE) to create "le Chai de la Tour EIffel"

This exceptional cuvée was vinified and pressed in October 2019 and bottled on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower in September 2020
.
Elegant and with great aromatic purity, this 2019 vintage reflects the energy of the Ile-de-France terroir and the timeless audacity of Parisians.

Tasting notes
The first cuvée from the Chai de la Tour Eiffel is a single-varietal wine made from Merlot. Deep red in color, the nose reveals aromas of fresh fruit and black cherry, crowned by a hint of spice. On the palate, the attack is lively and taut, followed by a racy structure and fine, silky tannins. This balance makes for a fresh, bright wine.
